Worst experience ever , I was getting late so I went to nearby by salon I found and it was salon 82 , the guy did not knew how to trim a beaded , the basic things if your guys dnt know why your charges are so high? making good interior doesn’t make you good hair stylist. In fact road side Italian salon is better than you guys

A day when I completely dedicated to myself. Thank you so much to each and every one of you in the salon for being so humble, so kind so amazing. Honestly truly from my heart. This is by far the best Salon experience I ever had. I spent more than 8 hours and each moment I felt pampered, everyone is so friendly so helpful with everything. They have explained everything and suggested according to my hair texture, skin texture and so on. Oh the best part, rather my favorite part they have messaging chair while you will be getting your pedicure done. I got my face hydrating treatment, hair color, hair styling, pedicure and spa done. Been the happpppiest, From tip to toe I'm shining like a star 🌟

I m a regular customer of Salon 82 Salt Lake and I get homely environment and nice service from everyone and specially from Manzor and Subho. But others are also very nice .

Good servers....bad service. Receptionist needs improvement. I was not informed while booking, that geyser wasn't working so hot water wasn't available, nor did she properly greet or direct when I went. For the price they charge, services could be improved. They did a good job at what they do, but so do lots of other salons. Service needs improvement.

It has been 3 years now that I have been coming to Niaz my stylist at salon 82 and the personalised service with prompt response and amazing styling done has given me more than 5 star rated satisfaction… Higly recommended to visit him to feel the experience…

I went to do my blow dry with wash. Until hair wash the service was very good. Once he started doing my hair, one of his appointment customer came and he started doing my hair in rush. The blow dry was the worst. They are all about money and no service! My first visit and my last. Next time train your employees to check few things before taking other clients.

Have been there for streaking. Extremely disappointing service. Colour came up in patches. Paid extra for using Olapex but not sure if it was used..as there was no effect.
